Senior/Principal Recruitment Consultant - Projects & Change
Morgan McKinley is seeking a Senior/Principal Recruitment Consultant to join our Projects and Change team in London. The focus will be on the C&I space, placing change specialists across various disciplines such as PMs, BAs, etc. Ideally, candidates will have knowledge of projects and experience placing contract candidates in the C&I sector. We have a well-established database, and globally, the Projects and Change team is a core focus of our growth. This is an exciting time to join our expanding team.

Our Senior Recruitment Consultants are experts in their fields. In London, we cover Accounting & Finance, IT, Tax, Projects and Change, among others. We aim for our consultants to be the go-to experts in their markets.
Your Role as a Recruitment Consultant
* Achieve monthly and quarterly fee targets
* Source candidates via advertising, search, and networking
* Conduct interviews, assessments, and candidate selection
* Engage in business development to attract new and existing clients
* Develop expertise in your sector and market
* Prepare candidates and clients for interviews
* Provide high-quality service to clients and candidates
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date information in our database
What We Are Looking For
* 1-2 years of sales or recruitment experience
* Experience in agency recruitment or sales; open to other backgrounds with a willingness to learn
* Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Professional, self-motivated, and a team player
* Entrepreneurial spirit; thrives under pressure and tight deadlines
