A brilliant opportunity has opened for a Graphic Designer to join a growing in-house marketing team working within the healthcare and medical innovation sector. About the Role You’ll be joining a supportive and collaborative team, reporting to the Digital & Social Media Manager. This is a varied role where you’ll take ownership of both digital and print design, supporting marketing, events, sales, and digital commerce activity. Key Responsibilities Create a range of marketing collateral including brochures, flyers, business cards and posters Design digital assets for e-commerce platforms (Shopify, WordPress) Build and brand presentation decks for the sales team Edit video content for social media and online platforms (short and long form) Design exhibition stands and promotional materials for industry events across Europe Work closely with internal stakeholders and external suppliers, ensuring consistent branding What You’ll Bring 2-3 years’ experience in graphic design – in-house or freelance Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator etc.) Ability to work collaboratively, take feedback, and bring new ideas to the table Excellent organisational skills and confidence managing multiple projects A creative mindset with attention to detail and brand consistency What’s on Offer Salary: £27,000 - £32,000 depending on experience Bonus paid in July and December Private healthcare and medical cashback plan Financial support schemes Opportunities for European travel to industry events and client meetings 25 days’ holiday plus bank holidays Social, inclusive, and energetic working culture
