Due to growth, a leading organisation is recruiting talented 2nd/3rd Line IT Support Analysts to join their team and provide outstanding support to customers.
Ideal candidates will have:
* At least 3 years’ experience in 2nd/3rd line support
* Knowledge of virtualisation software and cloud services like Azure and AWS
* Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
* Network & Firewall knowledge and troubleshooting
* Windows server administration
Key Responsibilities:
* Proactive maintenance of client networks
* Managing new workstation builds and user setups
* Participating in technical projects, including client meetings and onsite work
* Implementing policies and procedures with the team
* Training and developing junior team members
