Sales Account Manager - £40K - £70K OTE - Hybrid
I am working with a leading engineering software solutions provider, who are looking for an experienced account manager to join their successful sales team. You will be responsible for managing and growing accounts with a range of large scale clients, which will include, but not limited to, a number of exciting government engineering projects. You have the flexibility to work from home for up to 4 days a week and there is an attractive and easily achievable commission structure which could see you doubling your annual salary. - Creating and maintaining an Account Plan for each customer.
- Regularly liaising with each customer to build knowledge and awareness of customers future workload.
- Ensuring an excellent customer relationship.
- Identifying further opportunities in order to grow each account by a target percentage annually.
- Working with Marketing team to develop materials for specific accounts.
- Assisting customers in defining requirements and positioning the company to be the first choice for new work.
- Attending the Sales, Marketing and Quotations Meeting to report on the status of outstanding quotations, and potential work in their sector.
- Monitoring customer satisfaction by collecting and analysing feedback on a regular basis.
