Key Responsibilities
* Supervise daily store operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
* Lead and motivate the team to achieve sales targets and deliver outstanding customer service.
* Assist in recruiting, training, and mentoring staff to enhance performance.
* Manage inventory, monitor stock levels, and coordinate reorders as needed.
* Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and promote our products effectively.
* Maintain a clean, organised, and safe store environment for both customers and staff.
* Collaborate with management to implement strategies for improving efficiency and sales performance.
Key Skills & Qualifications
* Proven experience in team supervision and staff management.
* Strong time management and multitasking abilities.
* Sales experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
* Excellent organisational and administrative skills.
* Clear and effective communication with both customers and team members.
* Retail experience (preferred but not required).
