SEN Teaching Assistant – 1:1 (Speech & Language Focus)

We’re supporting a lovely primary school in Bradford looking for a TA to work 1:1 with a pupil with speech and language needs.
Your role:
* Supporting communication through structured activities
* Working alongside speech and language specialists
* Helping the pupil engage with lessons and peers
* Building confidence, one conversation at a time

You’ll need:
* Experience with SEN or communication needs
* A patient, encouraging approach
* Strong communication skills (you’ll be modelling them every day)
