Description Youth Justice Apprentice - Ref: CH02025 Are you over the age of 18? Do you want to make a difference for children and young people in Walsall? Are you motivated, confident and reliable? Have you previously been involved with the criminal justice system and want to share your experiences of how you have stayed out of trouble? Then we may have just the opportunity for you… This is an exciting role to work directly with children and young people who have offended or are at risk of offending. You would be gathering the thoughts and feelings of children and young people using different creative methods including media to capture their voice. You would be a mentor and offer your own lived experiences, you would also support our group work programmes, reparation projects, training and employment appointments, positive activities along with other exciting opportunities! Salary: April 2025 Aged 18-20 Aged 21 and over £10.00 per hour £12.21 per hour Duration: The apprenticeship will take a minimum of 18 months to complete Entry requirements: Apprentices will be required to have or achieve level 2 (GCSE) English and Maths prior to completion of their Apprenticeship.
