Required Skills
* 5+ years SAP ECC logistics experience (MM-IM / WM / LE depending on system usage)
* Strong operational troubleshooting and user-facing support capability
* Comfortable working onsite in operational environments
* Strong documentation skills and ability to translate observations into actionable recommendations
