We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Construction Multi-Skilled Operative to join our team and support the Project Manager and Site Supervisor teams. Role Summary: As a Construction Multi-Skilled Operative, you will play a key role in supporting various projects across several industrial sites within the North West. This is an excellent opportunity for Construction Multi-Skilled Operatives to gain valuable experience and develop skills in projects which may include civils work, fit-out projects, or engineering projects. Key Responsibilities: Oversee and complete all day-to-day construction requirements to support a project on industrial sites Provide support to project team DIY & general building maintenance for example, tiling, basic plumbing, joinery, painting and decorating, basic electrical works. Carry out construction tasks in an efficient and safe manner. Comply with safe working practices & report faulty equipment and potential hazards. Provide thorough daily updates regarding progression of construction tasks What We’re Looking For: Previous experience in similar role An ability to use initiative to achieve pro-active site construction/maintenance. General maintenance skills - painting, decorating, joinery and basic plumbing/electrical Good communication skills as this will be a client facing role. Ability to work to deadlines.
