£46,000 - £62,000 per annum | Full Time | Norwich | 30-35 days’ holiday (pro rata) | 10% in-store discount | Pension scheme

Responsibilities include:
* Leading, developing, nurturing, and inspiring your team in accordance with our Leadership & Company Principles.
* Creating an environment where colleagues can achieve their best work.
* Managing and improving the day-to-day operations and KPIs of your store.
* Optimizing processes and solving problems to ensure smooth store operations.
* Providing excellent customer service to everyone who shops with us.
Requirements:
* Experience leading and developing a team in a fast-paced environment.
* Excellent time-management, delegation, and problem-solving skills.
* Strong communication skills for handling various conversations.
* Confidence in monitoring and improving store KPIs.
