As a BEMS Consulting Engineer, your responsibilities will include…
* Conducting system condition surveys, producing reports/recommendations
* Complete feasibility studies, energy management surveys & specification reviews
* Produce concept designs, performance specifications & detailed design development
* Engaging in tender management and tender vetting on behalf of the client
* Project managing, project progress reporting & contract administration
* Specifying maintenance contracts & assisting clients with auditing maintenance contracts
We are looking for a BEMS Consulting Engineer with the following skills and experience…
* Minimum HNC level related engineering (electrical/mechanical) qualification
* Commercial experience in building services industry
* Experience as a BMS/BEMS/project/commissioning/control systems engineer is preferred
* Technical knowledge of either Trend, Tridium, Honeywell or legacy BEMS systems is preferred
* Technical/design skills in Controls, BEMS/BACS and project management is ideal
* Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate at senior level
