Role: Regional Director

Your Purpose
To work with the PG Sales Director to achieve sales and business targets as directed and pro-actively
identify and develop new accounts within a specified Region, operating strictly within FCA Regulations.
Your Responsibilities
1. To achieve agreed sales and business objectives relating to targeted growth.
2. To assist in the development and implementation of the Sales and Marketing Plan for the Premier
3. Guarantee range of products. With specific reference to the development of the Major projects
4. offering.
5. To regularly liaise with the PG Sales Director, providing regular updates on progress and
6. development, at the same time as highlighting any potential issues.
7. To manage and develop your appointed Account Manager to ensure their work is supporting
8. effectively their allocated accounts.
9. To develop key contacts at senior levels of major target organisations.
10. To make sales presentations to clients and work colleagues, as required.
11. To produce sales statistics and information on a weekly and ad hoc basis.
12. To attend regular internal and external Sales Team meetings.
13. To pro-actively manage existing, and develop new, customer relationships.
14. To attend Trade Exhibitions and Industry events as required.
15. To develop and maintain competitor and market knowledge.
16. To strictly adhere to the Company’s selling practices and methods in accordance with FCA rules.
17. To assist in the growing of the Building Control offering
18. Development of customer journey and processes of the client facing parts of the business
19. Attend meetings with other departments within the business and develop the offering as a whole.
20. Have a visual presence at the office.
21. Have involvement in the Excellence awards.
22. To deputise for Premier Guarantee Sales Director when absent, to include but not limited to, weekly
23. reporting, conference call/s, monthly management reporting and sales presentations.
24. To undertake all Management Essentials training courses successfully.
25. To assist with team recruitment and training where necessary.
Your Skills and Experience
26. In depth knowledge of FCA Regulations, gained in a similar sales environment.
27. A highly successful track record of setting and achieving Sales targets
28. An in depth understanding of the insurance market and related products
29. Excellent Customer Relationship Management skills with ability to identify and match our products
30. with new and existing customers
31. Good at problem solving.
32. Proven experience dealing with demanding clients at all levels.
33. Good at making large financial decisions with the help of D&B and underwriting.
34. The ability to identify market opportunities
35. Proven ability to persuade and influence
36. Excellent communication skills, written and oral
37. Ability to motivate self and influence others.
38. Strong commercial and market awareness.
39. Be able to deliver presentations to small and large groups confidently.
40. Good knowledge of CRM systems.
41. Full UK driving licence
