Job Description
The Project Manager - Large-Scale Construction - Lynchburg, VA will:
1. Lead projects from preconstruction through final turnover, ensuring on‑time and on‑budget delivery
2. Manage project financials including budgets, forecasting, cost controls, and change management
3. Coordinate and lead project teams including superintendents, engineers, subcontractors, and consultants
4. Serve as the primary point of contact for owners, architects, and trade partners
5. Drive jobsite safety, quality control, and compliance with company standards
6. Mentor and develop project team members while fostering a collaborative culture
7. Oversee subcontractor buyouts, scopes, and contract administration
8. Support preconstruction efforts including estimating, scheduling, and constructability reviews

The Successful Applicant
The Project Manager - Large-Scale Construction - Lynchburg, VA will have:
9. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field
10. 5-10 years of construction industry experience, including at least 2 years as a Project Manager
11. General contracting background with experience leading projects start‑to‑finish
12. Proven ability to manage budgets and schedules on complex construction projects
13. Strong communication, leadership, and team‑building skills
Senior Project Managers will also be considered.
