Your Role as an English Teacher: Deliver Engaging & Tailored English Lessons – Plan and teach differentiated English lessons that inspire students, covering literature, reading comprehension, writing, and communication skills. Support Individual Learning Needs – Adapt your teaching to cater to the individual needs of students with a range of special educational needs, ensuring every student is supported in their learning journey. Encourage Communication & Literacy Skills – Use creative and innovative methods to support the development of literacy and communication skills in students, helping them build confidence in their abilities. Collaborate with a Multi-Disciplinary Team – Work alongside teaching assistants, speech therapists, and other specialists to implement individual education plans (IEPs) and support students holistically.
