Your Role

* Advising on employment matters for high-profile respondent clients, including drafting employment terms and managing workplace discrimination issues

* Supporting corporate, commercial, and real estate transactions, including business transfers and outsourcings
\t
* Handling employment litigation across tribunals, civil courts, and appeal courts
\t
* Advising on collective matters such as redundancies, restructuring, TUPE, and industrial relations
\t
* Conducting investigations, including regulatory and internal reviews
\t
* Assisting with strategic advisory projects, including compliance with legal developments
\t

About You
\t
* Extensive experience in employment law, ideally gained at a leading or recognised firm
\t
* Proven ability to advise commercial clients across a range of employment matters
\t
* Strong technical skills, with confidence managing complex legal work
\t
* Collaborative, professional approach and enthusiasm for mentoring and contributing to team culture
