Lettings Valuer
Staffline Ireland recruiting for a Lettings Valuer on behalf of a leading Estate Agent. The company operates in private residential and new homes sales, premier homes and country estates, as well as land sales and consultancy. Services also include lettings, property management, mortgages and financial services.
Responsibilities:
1. Accurately assess market rental values for a diverse range of properties.
2. Negotiate lettings terms with tenants and landlords, including:Conducting property viewingsManaging applications and reference checksCoordinating deposit and rent collectionPreparing and executing tenancy agreements
3. Handle tenancy-related issues with professionalism and efficiency.
4. Oversee tenancy renewals and rent reviews in line with current legislation.
5. Prepare termination notices in compliance with legal standards.
6. Ensure full adherence to property legislation and industry regulations.
7. Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain high client satisfaction.
8. Any other duties role may involve.
Person Specification:
9. Previous experience in a similar role.
10. Strong knowledge of property legislation and compliance requirements.
11. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively as a team player.
12. Proficiency in IT and familiarity with relevant software applications.
13. A full, clean UK driving license is essential.
