The Role: Recruitment Unleashed
You’ll work in our Coventry, Longford office, starting with a permanent contract and £23,500 salary from day one. This hands‑on role gives you transferable skills and an immediate impact.
Your Mission (What You’ll Actually Be Doing)
* Be a Talent Detective: write engaging job adverts and use creative strategies to find the best candidates.
* Be a People Connector: review applications, conduct initial interviews, and guide candidates through their job search journey.
* Be a Master Organiser: manage a dynamic database, ensure smooth onboarding, and handle vital compliance documentation.
* Be a Relationship Builder: work closely with our operations team and top automotive clients.
Requirements
* Proactive and eager to learn something new.
* Excellent communicator who enjoys building rapport.
* Organised, reliable, and able to juggle multiple tasks without dropping the ball.
* Bonus: previous experience in customer service, retail, or administration.
