Part Time Finance Assistant Job in Ringwood Dovetail Recruitment are pleased to be working with a prestigious client in Ringwood, who are recruiting for a Part Time Finance Assistant. The company have been established for many years and provide a high level of service to their clients. The Part Time Finance Assistant will be working 2 days per week 9.00 am – 5.00 pm. The successful Finance Assistant will be responsible for sales and purchase ledger, matching and coding invoices, and bank reconciliation. Duties and Responsibilities: * Responsible for incoming paperwork * Matching CMJ invoices to store copies * Working through CMJ statements to work out the RFC or payable invoices * Checking CMJ invoices are stocked into bransom correctly * Chasing stores for outstanding invoices * Invoice coding - Generals/CMJ/Pandora invoices * Preparing banking sheets, log petty cash and complete cashbook * Filing all paperwork and organising filing system * Inputting, matching purchase invoices * Ordering stationery, office supplies * Opportunity to get involved with other tasks when they arise Knowledge and Experience: * Strong attention to detail and accuracy * Ability to handle confidential and sensitive financial information. * Effective organisational and time management skills. * Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. * A good working knowledge of...
