Ensure accounting processes are aligned with Latvian legislation and international financial reporting standards (IFRS);
Full-cycle accounting and bookkeeping;
Supervision and coordination of daily accounting operations;
Preparation of reports for company management, the State Revenue Service (VID), the Central Statistical Bureau, and other relevant institutions;
Actively participate in internal audits and contribute to process improvements;
Provide financial insights to support strategic business decisions.
Requirements
Higher education in accounting, finance, or economics;
Excellent command of English and Latvian (written and spoken);
At least 5 years of experience in a similar role;
Solid knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS);
Excellent understanding of Latvian accounting and tax legislation;
Strong computer skills (MS Office and accounting software);
Ability to work under pressure, within a team, and with positive attitude toward innovation;
High sense of responsibility;
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
