The Governors of Pens Meadow School are seeking to appoint a suitably qualified, Catering Assistant to join our highly successful and dedicated school team.
Pens Meadow currently provides quality education for 116 pupils aged 4 to 19 with complex learning needs including medical conditions and autism. Our staff team are committed to improvement, and we believe in high standards, team work and seeking the very best for every child in our care. The school was very pleased with the outcome of our most recent OfSTED inspection in May 2025
During the autumn term we will be moving into our new building which also includes a catering kitchen.
What are we looking for?
An enthusiastic, hardworking, flexible person to join our busy kitchen staff. We need you to be able to work from the Queen's Cross Network for 2 hours per day, to help prepare our school meals, then to go to either of our above sites to serve the same meals to our students.
