We are seeking an experienced Software Sales Consultant with a proven track record of selling ERP software solutions into Engineer-to-Order (ETO), Manufacturing, and Distribution organisations.

Youll be responsible for driving new business growth, managing complex sales cycles, and helping customers transform their operations through technology.
The Role
As a Senior Software Sales Consultant, you will:
* Develop and execute strategic sales plans to win new ERP business.
* Identify and engage senior decision-makers across manufacturing, engineering, and distribution organisations.
* Lead consultative sales engagements from initial prospecting through to contract negotiation and close.
* Conduct high-impact software demonstrations and business presentations.
* Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified opportunities.
* Work closely with pre-sales, implementation, and marketing teams to deliver successful outcomes.
* Accurately forecast sales activity and revenue generation.
What Were Looking For
Essential:
* Proven experience selling ERP software solutions.
* Strong knowledge of Engineer-to-Order (ETO), Manufacturing, and/or Distribution environments.
* Demonstrable success in achieving and exceeding software sales targets.
* Experience managing complex, consultative B2B sales cycles.
* Ability to engage with C-level executives, Operations Directors, Manufacturing Directors, and IT stakeholders.
* Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Desirable:
* Experience selling solutions such as ERP, MRP, MES, Supply Chain, Production Planning, Warehouse Management, or Business Management Software.
* Knowledge of sectors including industrial manufacturing, engineering, aerospace, automotive, electronics, or specialist distribution.
