This is a practice that has been shaping places for years, landscapes, public spaces, masterplans, and environments that genuinely matter to the people who use them. The studio is home to a team of around 70 curious, committed, collaborative people who care about the quality of their work and each other.
As Bids & Studio Coordinator, you'll work closely alongside both the Studio Manager and Bids Manager, two people who between them keep the practice running. Some days that mean pulling together a compelling bid document, chasing the right information from the right person, or making sure a diary flows correctly. Other days it's the smaller things, such as administration, making processes smoother, and ensure your colleagues are supported.
This is a practice that invests in its people for the long term, and this is a role you can genuinely grow into and make your own.
