Key Responsibilities
* Fault finding and maintaining mechanical assets, including boilers, turbines, pumps, valves, and conveyors.
* Ensuring compliance with pressure regulations and lifting gear inspection requirements.
* Supporting plant inspections, fault investigations, and improvement projects.
* Supervising contractors and maintaining accurate records using the CMMS.
* Assisting in outage planning, scheduling, and ensuring the availability of spares.
Candidate Requirements
* Level 3 qualification in Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent experience).
* Maintenance experience with equipment such as boilers, pumps, and gearboxes.
* Knowledge of Health & Safety standards, including LOLER, PUWER, and PSSR.
* Background in industries like Power Generation, Petrochemical, or Oil & Gas.
* Marine Engineers from the Merchant Fleet or Royal Navy will also be considered.
