Duties

* Assist in scheduling appointments and managing calendars for team members
* Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary
* Ensure the office environment is organised and tidy at all times
* Collaborate with team members on various projects as needed
Experience
* Previous office experience is required, with a focus on administrative roles
* Proficient computer skills, including typing speed and accuracy
* Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace applications
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
* Excellent data entry skills with attention to detail
* Prior clerical experience will be advantageous
