Our client based in Witham St Hughs is a developer of high-quality grass seeds and forage crops, supporting the agricultural industry across the county and beyond.
Due to an increase in workload, they have an exciting opportunity for a Logistics Administrator to join the team as soon as possible!
This is a temporary position, estimated to last for a period of 6 weeks (potentially longer depending upon workload).
The hours of work are 9:00am-5:30pm Monday to Friday, with 1 hour unpaid break.
The pay rate for the role is £13.75 per hour.
Process and log orders through pallet network and DHL systems
Coordinate shipping schedules and ensure accurate documentation
Monitor shipments and provide updates to internal teams as needed
Maintain organized records of all orders and dispatches
The successful candidate should have the following:-
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
Comfortable using shipping portals and logistics software
Ability to manage multiple orders and meet deadlines
Previous experience in order fulfilment, shipping or logistics would be advantageous
