Are you an experienced New Homes Sales professional looking to join a respected national housebuilder? We’re looking for a confident, customer-focused New Homes Sales Advisor to represent a high-profile development in Leicestershire.
About the Role
As the face of the development, you will:

Welcome and engage prospective buyers, delivering exceptional customer service

Showcase the development, homes, and specification with professionalism and enthusiasm
*
Guide customers through the full sales journey from enquiry to completion
*
Maintain a high level of site presentation and marketing suite standards
*
Work closely with build and sales teams to ensure a smooth customer experience
*
Drive sales performance while maintaining compliance and accuracy with all paperwork
What We’re Looking For

Previous new homes sales experience is essential

Strong customer service and communication skills

Target-driven, organised, and commercially aware

Confident using CRM systems and following structured processes

Professional, proactive, and positive attitude
*
Ability to work Thursday to Monday (weekends required)
