Hours:

40 hours per week. Monday to Thursday (07:30 - 16:30), Friday (7:30 - 13:30)


Salary:

Up to £55k, dependent on experience.

About The Role

You will play a key role in ensuring the successful delivery of our machined products, working on advanced CNC machining processes and supporting new product introductions.


What You'll Be Doing

* CNC program creation (offline and online)
* Manufacturing process planning and data control
* Cutting tool selection and procurement
* Setting and operating CNC machines for prove‑out and production
* Assisting with fixture design
* Customer liaison on design for manufacture and technical issues
* Identifying opportunities for process optimisation without compromising quality or tolerances


Who We're Looking For

* Experience in CNC setting, programming, and operating 3–5 axis horizontal and vertical machines
* Knowledge of Haas, Mazak, or Matsuura machining centres
* Familiarity with CAD/CAM software (hyperMill, SolidWorks, Fusion 360, Powermill, Mastercam)
* Understanding of technical drawings, geometric tolerances, and CMM inspection methods
* Ability to travel to site
