We are currently recruiting for an Estate Assistant to join our enthusiastic and driven team based at our client’s sites throughout the UK and Ireland.
In this role, you will: help oversee planned and reactive maintenance work across our sites, including opening, relocating, and closing offices, working alongside the Hard services, cleaning, ESG, and security sectors of our business.
About You:
* Applicants must have the right to work in the UK.
* Demonstrable experience in FM management or supervisory duties.
* Management experience with directly employed staff and supply partners.
* Control and management of budgets.
* Proven record of continuous improvement and change management.
* Excellent communication, presentation, organizational, and time management skills.
* Proficient computer skills (all aspects of Microsoft Office).
* Experience managing planned and reactive tasks via CAFM systems.
* Demonstrated leadership skills with a proven record of developing and coaching high-performance teams.
* Experience managing Health and Safety (IOSH).
* Management of statutory activities relevant to the corporate office/warehouse environment.
* Understanding of energy and waste data.
* Availability to cover reception duties across the estate as required.
* Ability to manage projects with the office manager or head of estates.
Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct weekly meetings with onsite reception teams to review PPM, local engineering issues, and upcoming tasks.
* Collaborate with management to develop and implement organizational strategies, policies, and practices.
* Utilize the company CAFM system effectively.
* Work with relevant parties to improve operational systems, processes, and policies supporting the company's mission.
* Contribute to the business planning process and strive for best-in-class performance to maximize synergies.
* Direct performance and behaviors across operations, ensuring compliance with budgets and strategic plans.
* Work with managers to deliver budgets and improve profitability.
* Report on performance metrics and implement changes to address issues or enhance performance.
