About the Role
Join our Victorian Metro Team as a Territory Sales Manager, working with our current and future customers within Southeast Melbourne, including Dandenong and surrounding areas. Your role involves understanding customer challenges and opportunities, leveraging insights to identify solutions from our portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
1. Identify and develop new market opportunities through solutions, new customers, and segments.
2. Manage a 12-month rolling order book and pipeline for existing and new customers.
3. Conduct market analysis and gather industry intelligence, including competitor activity and market trends.
4. Achieve territory and team objectives aligned with regional and sales incentive targets.
5. Complete necessary administrative tasks.
Qualifications and Skills
1. At least 3 years of field sales experience, preferably in the industrial sector.
2. Ability to interpret customer, market, and industry insights to inform strategy.
3. Understanding of sales processes and methodologies.
4. Strong commercial acumen and critical thinking skills.
5. Excellent relationship-building, interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
6. Ability to translate product features into compelling value propositions.
7. Experience engaging with stakeholders at various levels, including Tier 1-3 customers.
