You will need to:
* Be confident and able to resolve issues quickly and efficiently. Provide quotes and alternative solutions when required.
* Have a valid Gas Safe Card (front and back) and ACS Certificates as evidence of CCN1, CENWAT, CEN1, CPA1, etc.
* Carry sufficient stock to complete most basic replacement or refit jobs.
* Be willing to cover emergency and time-sensitive work during normal hours, evenings, and weekends.
* Have access to your own vehicle to travel to and from jobs.
* Act in a polite and professional manner.
* Maintain a clean and tidy work environment.
* Operate in domestic settings and work closely with estate agents, housing associations, and property management companies for maintenance needs.
* Possess a Health and Safety Qualification.
* Risk Assessment Qualification (preferred but not essential).
