The Management Accountant Role: As Management Accountant, youll play a key role in ensuring the integrity of financial reporting and providing valuable insights to support decision-making. Competitive salary of c.£43k (Pro Rata) 27 days annual leave 11% employer pension contribution (with 6% employee contribution) Hybrid working with flexibility Supportive, inclusive culture where your ideas and initiative are valued The chance to contribute to an organisation making a real difference in healthcare Key Responsibilities of the Management Accountant: Preparing monthly management accounts and related financial statements Performing balance sheet reconciliations to ensure compliance and accuracy Managing deferred income calculations and inter-company reconciliations Assisting with supplier payment runs and cash management reporting Producing insightful budget vs. actual performance reports Preparing ad hoc reports for senior management Supporting wider finance projects and process improvements About You: CIMA/ACCA qualified (or part-qualified) status OR 3 years experience in a similar role Strong knowledge of Sage Line 50 (or similar finance package) Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, v-lookups, Power Query) Excellent organisational, communication, and time management skills A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a positive can-do approach Desirable (but not essential): Experience with Power BI or Jet reporting Knowledge of NHS finance and governance Ready to take the next step?
