Overview
As a Care Manager, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth daily operations of our service. You will:
* Lead and support a team of care workers.
* Manage a caseload of clients with a person-centred approach.
* Ensure compliance with CQC standards and company policies.
* Be the key contact for families, advocates, and healthcare professionals.
* Conduct audits, assessments, and staff training.
* Provide support for care in the field as a last resort.
Empathetic and committed to high-quality care. Organised, proactive, and a strong communicator. Experienced in care management or ready to step up into the role. Compensation & Benefits
£25,500-£30,000 Salary dependent on experience. Fully funded NVQ Level 4/5 - we invest in your professional development.
