Customer Relationship Manager
We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Customer Relationship Manager with a E-commerce or Gambling / Gaming background to develop, implement and lead comprehensive customer retention strategies to increase lifetime value and loyalty.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement comprehensive customer retention strategies to increase lifetime value and loyalty.
* Utilise Klaviyo and other marketing automation tools to create targeted email campaigns and workflows.
* Manage companies text and push notification systems to engage customers and drive conversions.
* Analyse customer data and feedback to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experiences across all touchpoints.
* Monitor key performance metrics related to customer retention and provide regular reports to management.
* Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in customer relationship management and digital marketing.
Qualifications:
* Strong Undergraduate degree at 2.1 or above
* E-commerce or gambling background preferred but not essential
* Proven experience in customer relationship management or a similar role.
* Completely comfortable with Klaviyo
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
* Experience with A/B testing and optimization techniques is a plus.
* Knowledge of e-commerce and online marketing trends preferred.
