Job Title: Teaching Assistant - Brigg (Team Teach Qualified)
Location: Brigg and surrounding areas
Salary: 90 - 110 per day (dependent on experience and qualifications)
Contract Type: Supply / Flexible
Start Date: Ongoing
The Role
* Provide support to teachers and pupils in a range of classroom settings
* Work one-to-one or with small groups of students, including those with additional needs
* Use your Team Teach training to manage challenging behaviour effectively and safely
* Assist with the preparation of learning materials and classroom resources
* Support the implementation of individual education plans (IEPs)
The Ideal Candidate Will Have
* A recognised Teaching Assistant qualification (Level 2 or 3 preferred)
* A current and valid Team Teach certificate (essential)
* Experience supporting pupils with SEMH, autism or challenging behaviour
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Flexibility and a proactive attitude to adapting to different school environments
