HR Advisor Location: Strabane, Co. Tyrone Hours: Full Time Reporting to: HR Manager Role Overview We are recruiting an experienced HR Advisor to provide expert guidance and support to managers and employees across all HR areas. This includes employee relations, recruitment, performance management, onboarding, and HR policy compliance. Key Responsibilities Manage employee relations casework including disciplinary, grievance, conflict resolution, and absence Provide impartial advice and support during formal hearings Develop and update HR policies to ensure compliance with employment law Support end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes Coach managers on performance management and people management best practice Maintain accurate HR records and produce basic HR reporting Support training and development initiatives Essential Requirements Minimum 2 years HR generalist experience in an advisory role CIPD qualified Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practice Able to handle sensitive information confidentially Proficient in Office 365 (Word, Outlook, Excel) Desirable CIPD Level 5 or working towards Strong understanding of HR processes and best practice Skills: HR HR Administration CIPD human resources Benefits: Paid Holidays free parking pension wellbeing
