Offer description

We are seeking a driven Pharmacy Technician to join our dedicated pharmacy team at our Boots pharmacy Gloucester, Quedgeley Retail Park!

We like to call you the ‘Captain of the ship’ – Our Pharmacy Technicians set up the day ahead, organise and allocate tasks in a timely manner, and check in with the team throughout the day to ensure all tasks are completed.

Pharmacy Technicians are involved in the entire medicine dispensing process, from preparation to final checks. They also play a pivotal role in inventory management, ensuring adequate stock levels and handling the ordering and receiving of medicines.

Pharmacy Technicians liaise with healthcare professionals, patients, and other members of the pharmacy team, facilitating effective communication, so excellent people skills are essential.
