About the Role: Assisting the Venue Team in delivering all public events including concerts and exhibitions to the highest standard To providing a welcoming experience to all guests visiting Vaillant Live and deliver excellent customer service to all guests whether that’s a music gig, a comedy or theatre show, a dinner, conference, a sporting event and everything in between. Roles on events could include; Meeting and Greeting guests as soon as they walk up to the venue providing a positive first impression. Delivering 'WOW' moments to all our guests to ensure their experience is truly outstanding Scanning tickets when guests enter the venue and directing to seats Showing guests to their correct seat in the auditorium Directional around the venue eg. toilets // bars // merchandise Supporting Guest Services and // or Information Desk Promoting VIP areas of the Venue with the potential to sell upgrade on the night packages To be the first line of assistance for all our customers regarding any questions or queries. To ensure the safety of all our guests in an emergency situation, directing guests to safety and providing support to the Management Team. To provide excellent service to customers with accessibility needs To ensure the venue is safe for guests to enjoy the show and to report any issues for remedial action To work with our appointed Security contractor in providing an excellent customer experience Provide a clean and tidy environment for guests – litter picking, tidying and collecting recyclable cups to support our sustainability initiatives. Support the Events Team with room set ups such as barrier movement, placing signage, furniture movement. With support from Supervisors and Management, assist and resolve any guest concerns, escalate and provide reports as necessary. Assist the Guest Experience team with delivering WOW moments for guests. What we're looking for: Ability to clearly and courteously interact with guests, staff, and management in a fast-paced environment. Skilled at anticipating guest needs, handling enquiries, and resolving issues to ensure a positive experience. Capable of managing multiple guests, seating arrangements, and event demands simultaneously. Able to stay composed and make quick decisions during high-volume events or unexpected situations. Works effectively with front-of-house staff, security, and event teams to ensure seamless operations. Manual Handling Due to a small team environment, it’s important to have the ‘can do’ attitude to support other teams and departments and a willingness to get stuck in when needed. Experience in hospitality, retail, or live events is highly desirable. Any offer of employment will be subject to satisfactory pre‑employment checks.
