We’re currently seeking a motivated Graduate Civil Engineer for one of our top-tier clients based in Berkshire. This is an excellent opportunity for a graduate with at least 1 year of industry experience to join a thriving civils department and contribute to exciting, high-impact projects. Role Overview As part of the engineering team, you’ll play a key role in delivering technical excellence and building lasting client relationships. You’ll also be involved in project budgeting, quality control, and mentoring junior staff—all while receiving the support and development needed to flourish.
