MAIN PURPOSE Operating from East Mains, Ormiston we are seeking an experienced person to join our small but busy finance team. This role is to manage all company finances through various office administrative task. The successful candidate will be expected to deal with all sales invoices, bank reconciliation, General Office tasks and other financial processing tasks. MAIN DUTIES - Assist with Generating and processing sales invoices and ensuring these are processed accurately & in accordance with the Finance timetable. - Collating and processing credit card receipts. - Answering Customer and Supplier queries. - Processing payments. - Assistance as required with office administration. - Bank Reconciliation ADDITIONAL INFORMATION Key Skills · Excellent communication skills · Good organisational skills · Knowledge in XERO would be of BENIFIT · Good interpersonal skills to be able to get along with others both internal and external to the organisation · Ability to prioritise and multi-task in the face of many responsibilities/duties · Basic knowledge of computer applications · Accurate attention to detail · Team Player · Time Management Qualifications and experience Candidates will have experience of working in a Office/finance environment with sufficient processing skills, excellent communication, interpersonal and organisational skills with a commitment to providing the highest level of customer service. Excellent numerical skills and attention to detail will also be essential. This role would suit a pro- active individual who can work well with others and who has the ability to plan and prioritise work effectively to ensure that competing deadlines are met. You will have experience in working at the customer / supplier interface. Hours of work The normal hours of work are 36.5 hrs per week, to be worked over 5 days based around usual office hours of 8.30am – 5pm (Mon -Thursday) 8.30am-4pm (Fri). Travel Applicants may be expected to do banking etc and so must hold a full, clean driving licence. Remuneration This is a full-time, salaried position for which the salary will be dependent on experience. The remuneration package includes 25 days leave and 8 days bank holiday, death in service benefit and a 4% pension contribution which will increase dependant on length of service
