Responsibilities
* Be operationally responsible for our Theatre and Endoscopy teams
* Ensure the delivery of high quality, clinically effective assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation
* Build strong relationships with consultants, senior leaders, healthcare professionals and patients
* Be fully accountable for leading, motivating and supervising multidisciplinary teams
* Work collaboratively to ensure patients receive the best possible treatment and care
* Lead budget management, business planning and clinical governance within the theatre and related services
Requirements / Qualifications
* Nursing or practitioner qualification with specialist clinical experience in a theatre/endoscopy setting
* Senior-level experience; teaching and assessment experience valued
* Experience with ILS/ALS; a professional management qualification would be an advantage

About Nuffield Health Haywards Heath Hospital
Opened in 1993 and located in Haywards Heath, the hospital provides a wide range of medical services from minor procedures to major surgical specialties. It has three operating theatres (one laminar flow), outpatient facilities including a 3T MRI scanner, a pre-assessment clinic, physiotherapy, and 26 en-suite rooms.
