Facilities Maintenance Technician
Multi-site role - Liverpool/Wirral region only with company van for travel
£30,000 to £35,000
Days - Monday to Friday

My client, a market leader within their industry, is looking for a Facilities Maintenance Technician to join the business and ensure the building, utilities, and services are maintained. Role Description
* In collaboration with the Facilities Manager, ensure all building fabrics, building services, facilities, general housekeeping, and grounds are maintained.
* Complete repairs in various fields including carpentry, plumbing, interior & exterior lighting, decorating, and fixing locks.
* Carry out testing or assist on fire alarms, intruder systems, emergency lights, water systems, portable appliance testing. Alternatively, coordinate with subcontractors where necessary.
* Work on specific projects as required.
* Inspect and troubleshoot problems and issues across the business.
* Take on responsibility for new projects within the department.
* Collaborate with other members of the business and positively challenge current working practices.
Skills and Qualifications
* Full UK License is essential.
* City & Guilds, BTEC, or Apprentice trained.
* IPAF, PASMA, IOSH training is desired.
