Year 1 Teacher — core responsibilities • Plan and deliver high-quality, differentiated lessons as the Year 1 Teacher. • Lead phonics and early reading interventions as the Year 1 Teacher. • Use formative assessment to drive progress as the Year 1 Teacher. • Communicate effectively with parents as the Year 1 Teacher and support transition into Year 2.
