Role Description
This is a part-time on-site role for a Finance Manager located in Leicester. The Finance Manager will be working with the founder to put in place a finance function that is fot for scale as the business grows.
Requirments likely one to two days per Month with the ability to increase with growth.
Qualifications
* Experience with cash flow management and financial analysis
* Proficiency in bookkeeping and preparation of financial statements
* Comprehensive understanding of financial compliance and regulations
* Ability to provide strategic financial insights and recommendations
* Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
* Proficient in financial tools and accounting software
* Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (required); professional qualifications like CPA, CMA, or ACCA are a plus
* Prior experience in financial roles within hospitality SMEs is advantageous
