About The Role

We are currently looking for an experienced and commercially driven Quantity Surveyor to join our Regional Civils team delivering a significant coastal defence project in Hunstanton. This is a unique opportunity to play a key role on a high‑profile civil engineering scheme that will help protect homes, businesses, and vital local infrastructure from coastal erosion and flooding.
Responsibilities
* Managing project costs and commercial performance
* Supporting procurement and subcontract management
* Preparing valuations, forecasts and financial reports
* Working closely with design, operational teams and stakeholders
* Ensuring successful delivery of a complex civil engineering project
Qualifications
* BSc/HNC in Quantity Surveying or Civil Engineering
* Experience in quantity surveying within civil engineering or infrastructure projects
* Strong commercial awareness and contractual knowledge
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
* A proactive and collaborative approach
* NEC contract experience preferred
