Customer Service Assistant (Part-Time) Responsible to: Director/Operation Manager Job Description: We are looking for a friendly and reliable Customer Service Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis. The role involves providing excellent customer service, assisting customers with enquiries, and ensuring a positive experience at all times. Key responsibilities include greeting customers, handling queries in person, over the phone, or via email, and processing transactions where required. The role also involves receiving customer calls, accurately taking job details, and passing this information to our technicians and other business support providers to ensure work is carried out efficiently. Additional duties include maintaining a clean and organised working environment and supporting other team members with general administrative or operational tasks as needed. The successful candidate should have good communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to remain calm and professional when dealing with customers. Basic numeracy and computer skills are desirable. Previous customer service ( Motor Industry ) experience is helpful but not essential. The role requires flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends if required, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
