1 in 3 Saturdays 9:00am – 1:30pm
About the role
We're seeking a hands‑on Property Specialist to carry out inventories, check‑outs, mid‑term inspections,
content creation and viewings across our managed portfolio. You'll ensure properties meet safety and
tenancy standards, produce clear inspection reports, create marketing content and conduct viewings.
Responsibilities to Include:
i.Check Ins, Check Out Inspections, Mid Term Inspections, Inventories
* Producing property reports including;
o Preparing and producing inventories & schedule of condition property reports,
o Mid-term inspections,
o Check-out reports in line with TDS regulations.
* Checking compliance of a property and tenancy- e.g. furniture regulation, Health & Safety
compliance, i.e. Fire Alarms, Smoke Detectors, PAT Testing, Gas Safety etc that all fall under the
HHSRS system, recording meter readings and compliance under relevant Acts.
ii.Content creation and conducting viewings.
* Visit properties whether tenanted or vacant to create marketing materials to promote our properties
on the major property portals.
o Create marketing content using company hardware: property photos, video tours and floor
plans
o Editing of the content is completed by a third party.
o Creating a separate video proving a tour of the property
o Conduct and manage property viewings; schedule appointments, accompany prospective
tenants and collect feedback.
o Maintain property standards and resolve on‑site issues identified during inspections.
Person specification (essential)
* Full UK driving licence.
* Strong IT skills (Word, spreadsheets, email) and experience capturing property photos/video.
* Excellent communication and customer service skills.
* Well organised, numerate and able to prioritise tasks.
* Flexible, positive and professional approach.
