Private Wealth and Inheritance Solicitor, 4:8 Years PQE, Hampshire: A new opportunity for an experienced Private Wealth and Inheritance Solicitor to join a highly regarded team. JOB REF: 1762.
Responsibilities
* Applications are sought from solicitors with between 4:8 years PQE in Private Wealth, Inheritance, or a related area.
* You will be responsible for a varied caseload of private client matters, including wills, trusts, probate, inheritance tax planning, and estate administration.
* Provide expert advice on complex inheritance and tax matters, ensuring clients' wealth is protected for future generations.
* Support more junior members of the team.
* Build strong, trusted client relationships, combining excellent technical knowledge with a personal and empathetic approach.
* You will have exceptional communication skill, attention to detail and work well within a team environment.
* STEP qualification would be advantageous.
