I’m currently working with a well-regarded London law firm looking to hire a Leasehold Enfranchisement Solicitor (0–2 PQE) to join their growing property team.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a specialist practice with a strong reputation in lease extensions, collective enfranchisement, and residential landlord & tenant work. The team advises a broad client base including leaseholders, freeholders, and managing agents on a range of enfranchisement matters.
The Role:
* Advising on statutory lease extensions and collective enfranchisement claims
* Supporting on a varied caseload of residential property matters
* Working closely with experienced specialists in a collaborative team
* Opportunity to develop expertise in a highly niche and in-demand area
The Candidate:
* Qualified Solicitor (England & Wales) with 0–2 years’ PQE
* Experience in leasehold enfranchisement
* Strong interest in developing within this specialist area
* Commercially aware with excellent client-facing skills
