The School

This Stoke-on-Trent secondary school benefits from modernised classrooms, updated interactive technology and well-maintained communal learning spaces. Behaviour expectations are consistent across year groups, creating calm and purposeful classrooms.

Senior leaders are approachable and proactive in supporting new teachers. Staff wellbeing is prioritised through realistic marking policies and protected CPD time.

ECTs benefit from:

• Reduced timetable in Year 1
• Weekly mentor meetings
