The Role – Account Manager We’re looking for a dynamic, results-oriented Senior Account Manager to join our expanding client services and sales function. You’ll serve as the trusted advisor for your assigned accounts—driving growth, maintaining strong relationships, and ensuring every client maximises the value of our services. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a busy, ever-evolving environment, enjoys engaging with a variety of stakeholders, and is motivated by achieving tangible results. Day-to-day, you will: Oversee your client portfolio from initial onboarding right through to renewals and ongoing service delivery. Identify and act on opportunities to upsell and cross-sell solutions, turning leads into revenue. Hold regular account review meetings, presenting tailored recommendations to help clients meet their objectives. Keep up to date with emerging technology and industry trends to support a consultative selling approach. Balance hybrid working with regular face-to-face client meetings.Your Profile – Account Manager You’re a natural relationship builder who understands the power of partnership. You can explain complex technical offerings in a way that makes clear business sense, and you combine commercial awareness with a proactive, problem-solving mindset. We’d love to see: 2 years’ experience in B2B account management, sales, or technical consultancy. Working knowledge of IT services, from cloud platforms and networking to cybersecurity. A proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets. Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities. Confidence working with both senior decision-makers and technical specialists.
